If you've been inside for days during COVID-19 pandemic, you might be getting a little crazy to make your mind relax — or at the very least, feeling bored.
ü Play with Colors 💖💛💜💚💙 by Starting sketching/ drawing/painting of your interesting ideas, thoughts and imaginations.
ü Take Exercise – Exercise is not only shape our body but also to refresh our mind. Studies have consistently shown that exercise decreases the symptoms of depression and prevent relapses. Exercise makes the brain release endorphins (hormone) that boost our mood, energy, and relieve stress.
ü Be Optimistic(hope for good)
According to Dr. Martin Luther King said
“Darkness cannot drive out dark Only light can do that” Similarly, anxiety cannot drive towards relaxing environment. Hence it is essential to stay calm, focus on your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing to survive successfully during COVID-19.
DO virtual meetups.
Use whatever technology you have available (Skype, Zoom, FaceTime, etc.) to virtually meet up with those you love. If your kids are missing their friends from school or best friend from down the block, work with parents to arrange virtual playdates.
